Thereafter, proceed to Herb Island to enjoy a relaxing stroll among the fragrance of herbs like Rosemary, Peppermint and Chamomile. You can also learn the medical benefits of each type of herb. Continue to Spa Green Land, one of the famous spa and hot spring theme parks in Korea for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Experience the wide range of indoor pools and outdoor pools with water jets and bubble spa.

After breakfast, enjoy a scenic coach ride to Mt Sorak, one of the Korea’s most beautiful mountains area with clear flowing streams, lush green valleys and towering granite peaks. Mt Sorak is the best spot to admire cherry blossoms in Spring and maple leaves in Autumn. After which, visit the enchanting Teddy Bear Farm that showcases teddy bears of all shapes and sizes in the gallery, garden, coffee house and shops. Next, visit Daepohang Fish Market, a bustling port where you can buy a wide variety of fresh seafood harvested from the nearby sea. Continue to Oak Valley Snow Park for an overnight stay.

Be treated with a drink served in an ice glass before a D.I.Y ice carving session taught by a specialist. Your masterpiece might be among one of the top 3 to win prize! Then, shop for great bargains at Dongdaemun Market, Korea’s largest wholesale and retail shopping district.

After breakfast, experience fun in the snow and skiing at Oak Valley Snow Park. There are ski slopes for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels for skiers. Thereafter, proceed to the Ice Gallery, where it displays many varieties of huge ice sculptures. Then, shop for great bargains at Dongdaemun Market, Korea’s largest wholesale and retail shopping district.

After breakfast, visit the majestic Gyeongbok Palace, built in 1394 as the largest palace during the Joseon Dynasty. Continue to visit the National Folklore Museum, located on the site which showcases the lifestyle of the Korean people from the prehistoric age to the Joseon Dynasty. Continue to the Ginseng Monopoly Showroom before proceeding to visit an Amethyst Factory, where you can buy purple gems that symbolizes romance and passion. After lunch, head on to Insadong to experience traditional Korean culture in Seoul. The place bustles with art galleries, traditional craft stores, antique art dealers, traditional tea houses and restaurants. Next, enjoy a kimchi-making session where you will learn how to make delicious kimchi. You can also take a souvenir photo of yourself dressed in a traditional Korean costume. Then, try your luck at the new Seven Luck Casino. Next, continue your shopping spree at Myeongdong Shopping Street, a Korean fashion centre with many boutique shops and departmental stores.

* For groups departing during winter between 18 November 2009 to 28 February 2010, the visit to Myeongdong Shopping Street will be replaced with Lotte World, Korea’s largest indoor theme park and filming site of Korea drama serial, “Stairway to Heaven”. With your “Big 3” tickets, you will get to enjoy cutting-edge rides or simply enjoy live entertainment.

After breakfast, go shopping at a herb shop and a Korean cosmetic shop. Continue shopping at Sinchon Ladies’ Street, a shopping street in front of Korea’s first women university, Ewha Women’s University. Then, proceed to buy some authentic Korean local products. If time permits, you can do some last-minute shopping before you transfer to the airport for your flight home.
