♥ Stress.
I just feel so stress.... everything is so stressful! I cry so much...... at least twice this week...
Friday: 8am sleep - 1pm wake
Saturday: 9am sleep - 12noon wake
Sunday: 5am sleep - 12noon wake
Monday: 5am sleep - 10am wake
Alright. I know my life is in a mess..... looking at the sleeping schedule above... basically, Its a total mess....
Exam is 4 weeks time...... and I have 2 more assignments due, and 1 more online quiz to do. How am I going to tahan this kind of life? Who is going to help me? I just feel so stress.....
I called mama on Saturday night and cried to her....
Michelle: Mummy. I don't want to study anymore. I just want to go back to Singapore and work in papa's office
Mummy: Do you think that working is not stressful too? Ask kor kor. How he feel when the customer scold him?
Michelle: But I am really very very stress now. So stress to an extreme that I don't even feel the stress anymore.... It is like already part of my life... I am going to die due to stress...
This morning, I woke up and miss my morning tutorial again... I called mummy and cried.. cos this is the 2nd time I miss my tutorial due to OVERSLEEP! Guilty surrounds me....
Michelle: Mummy.. i miss my tutorial again. My body clock is all messed up. I can't sleep at night but feel tired at day. I am worried that I will even oversleep during exam period! What should I do?
Mummy: You should really really try to adjust the clock back to normal. Buy some Chinese herbs like 泡渗 to eat.... you will feel more attentive in the morning.
Michelle: I really feel very stress.
Mummy: You must let stress be part of your life and don't think about it. Do your best and no one will blame you.
I just now read Hui's blog. She wrote "压力就是动力". "stress is motivation!" I totally agree with her.
Now, I am also determined to change my lifestyle. Sleep early, wake early so that I can go for my lessons and listen in class attentively!
